Our non-contact technology provides local, self-heating which increases heat energy production and transfer by ~1.5x when compared against conventional, contact-based heat transfer. Expect faster, localized heating for even difficult heat-sink applications.

Non-contact soldering eliminates wear and the need for micro adjustments. But going even further, our programmable controller allows you to specify “pre-heating”, “heating”, and “post-heating” for every individual solder point, changing your heating power in as little as 100ms.

Beyond offering improved heating to improve production time, by eliminating physical contact in soldering, we reduce the need for consumable parts and associated costs. Pausing production to replace iron tips or micro adjust to account for wear is no longer necessary. Cleaning during soldering operations is no longer necessary, and solder waste as well as CO2 requirements are reduced.
