SC+A III Position Calibration System

This position calibration camera has been designed exclusively for use with Apollo Seiko soldering robots. It’s very useful when solving solder substrate positioning problems. When integrated, it calculates and counteracts the difference in position that may occur due to workpiece movement or jig inaccuracies.

The SC+A III detects the difference in the original position by checking the fiducial (or other specific point) and comparing it with the original position. It then sends this coordination data to the robot. The robot calculates the necessary adjustments for a proper soldering process.
